At Cadorie, your happiness comes first. If your purchase isn’t quite what you expected, don’t worry — you can easily return it for a refund or store credit.
- You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
- Please return items in their original condition — unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are not covered by us; the customer is responsible for these.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Send us an email at hello@cadorie.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Download and print the return form available on our website, or provided by our customer service. Download the returnform here: Return Form
- Pack your item(s) securely, include the completed return form, and ship them back to us.
- Keep your shipping receipt until your return has been processed.
- Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll issue your refund or store credit.
We want to be transparent: return shipping is not free. To make sure your parcel reaches us safely, we recommend using a trackable service or adding shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged return shipments. You can find our return address in the return form. Please note, we ship directly from our warehouse in China. This is also our return address.
- Defective item? Please email us as soon as possible with your order number, a short description, and photos of the issue. If the item was damaged during shipping, include photos of the packaging as well — within 7 days of delivery.
- Wrong item received? Contact us with your order number, a picture of what you received, and what you ordered, and we’ll fix it for you.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Instead, please return your item for a refund or store credit, and place a new order for the size or style you’d like.
- Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll process your refund.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Depending on your bank, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the amount to show on your statement.
- We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your refund is issued.
If you don’t see your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your bank or card provider (sometimes refunds take a little time).

If your package gets lost or isn’t delivered due to carrier issues, we’ll happily send you a replacement at no cost.
