Every order ships for free — no minimum purchase required. Duties and taxes? Also covered. You won’t see any surprise extra charges at checkout.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as we begin processing it.
  • Within 24 hours of dispatch, you’ll be sent a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

  • If your order is placed before 3:00 PM CET (GMT+1), we aim to process it the same day. Otherwise, processing occurs within 1-2 business days.
  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4 to 8 business days (Mon–Fri) depending on your location.

Address Modifications

Need to change your delivery address? Contact us ASAP via hello@cadorie.com. Address changes are only possible for a short window after your order is placed, before it goes out for shipment. when shipment is out, changes are no longer possible. So please make sure to use the correct address. 


Delayed Deliveries

If your delivery goes beyond the expected timeframe:

  • First, double-check your tracking info and allow for an extra 1–2 business days (sometimes carriers have delays).
  • Still no sign? Reach out with your order number, and we’ll investigate immediately.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Received a damaged item or the wrong piece? We’ve got you. Simply:

  1. Take clear photos showing the damage or error.
  2. Email us your order number and a brief explanation.
  3. We’ll arrange for a quick replacement or another solution — no hassle.

Cancellation Policy

Once submitted, orders are processed immediately to maintain fast delivery — so we can’t modify or cancel them after placement.
